Is delivery free?

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail to ensure the fastest and most reliable service. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?


This depends on your location. Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Domestic orders usually take 7–10 business days for delivery. International shipments may take between 7 and 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if I don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit?


We only sell high-quality products, so we rarely receive returns. But if you don’t like it, no problem! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange the item(s). This also applies if you need a different size. Items must be in their original condition. Just email our customer service at info@harperandlane.co.uk and we’ll take care of it! If you need any further help, feel free to ask!

Will I be charged customs fees?

No, there are no customs fees for orders shipped to the UK. We cover all taxes and duties, so you won't be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
