At Luxonova Limited, we are committed to providing a transparent and seamless shopping experience. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees or minimum spend requirements.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

 

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Cancellations: Our fulfillment process is automated to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you no longer want the items, you may return them in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.

 

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

 

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, the average delivery time is 7–12 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You can track your order status via our tracking page. Tracking information usually becomes active 2–3 days after dispatch.

  • External Factors: Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes, postal service strikes, or extreme weather conditions. Luxonova Limited is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

 

3. SHIPPING ORIGIN & SUSTAINABILITY

 

To minimize our carbon footprint and reduce unnecessary transit stops, we ship items directly from our fulfillment center in China. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer free shipping and competitive pricing while using recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

 

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

 

  • Importer of Record: As the customer, you are the importer of record.

  • Fees: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. Luxonova Limited is not responsible for these charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

  • Refusals: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the package will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

 

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Luxonova Limited is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) directly to file a claim.

 

6. WORRY-FREE DELIVERY INSURANCE (Powered by Seel)

 

To provide greater peace of mind, we offer optional Worry-Free Delivery Insurance at checkout.

  • Coverage: Protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Resolution: If you purchase this add-on, you can file a claim directly with Seel for a quick resolution (usually within 48 hours) without needing to wait for courier investigations.

  • International Claims: For international shipments, claims for delays are eligible if the package is not delivered within 30 days from the fulfillment date. This covers you against extended customs delays.
