SECTION 23 - SHIPPING & IMPORT NOTICE Our products are shipped directly from outside the country of destination. Luxonova Limited does not act as the importer of record — all orders are fulfilled by our international suppliers and may be subject to customs clearance upon arrival in your country. Please note that additional costs may arise upon importation, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These charges, as well as any delays caused by customs or local authorities, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 24 - CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply once your package arrives in your country. Any additional charges incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Luxonova Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
